Does your pet feel anxious or have some injury it is recovering from?

Animal kinesiology is the science of determining physical, biochemical, emotional and energetical blockages with use of muscle monitoring. These blockages may be affecting your pets health and well being.

Kinesiology is an extremely effective natural therapy that can pick up on subtle imbalances that may be missed by veterinarians. The fine art of muscle monitoring used by a kinesiologist can be used to address issues in animals.

If there is stress on a neurological level, the emotional state can be in disharmony. Using neurological techniques, animal kinesiology can identify the nature of the emotion that may be triggering and creating a stress response by the brain.

Working with animal anatomy and behaviour, areas of stress can be identified and then allows the owner to gain some real insight into underlying stimulus for responses such as anxiety, fear, phobias, aggression, depression, withdrawal.

The intricacies of muscles and organs is thoroughly understood in western medicine. On the other hand, a kinesiologist who works with elements of traditional Chinese medicine using western methodology, encompasses a more integrated, holistic approach towards animal wellness.

Through a series of testing, a kinesiologist locates stress that may be neurological, physical, biochemical, emotional or energetic. Using a wide range of corrections and re-balancing techniques, a kinesiologist is able to remove stress that relates to your pets issue. Once the stress is removed, the kinesiologist then creates an environment for your pets body to re-balance itself and allow a deeper level of healing to occur.

Please note: Animal Kinesiology entails using the body of the owner as a surrogate for their pet. The owner will be muscle monitored through surrogate muscle testing. The owner can bring some of their pets fur to adopt the energy as their own or they may bring their pet with them into clinic, if suitable.

An Animal Kinesiology session will include the following:

  • Muscle monitoring key muscles, tendons, ligaments to locate physical stress imbalances

  • Identification of emotional factors that influence a stress response

  • Identifying the muscle, organ, body system or energetical system that holds stress

  • Identify the area of the nervous system that is influenced by stress

  • Monitoring on an energetical level to see if the pet is holding stress on the owners behalf

  • Work with the pet and the owner together to resolve physical or emotional issues

  • Use of different modalities of corrections to remove stress and reharmonise your pet
